THIS WEEK WE WORKED ON:
Colors-orange, purple, brown, black. We mixed colors and made orange and purple.
Shapes-square, rectangle, oval, review. Look for shape homework next week.
Position concepts-on/off, behind/in front of(before/after), between, open/closed, left/right
Cutting skills
Math-calendar words and counting to 10 orally.
Listening to follow directions/recall details.

NEXT WEEK WE WILL WORK ON: Holiday, Mon., Sept. 6th

Shapes-diamond, star, and heart, review-Return homework daily.

Writing our name
LISTENING AND FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS!!!-These are very important skills. These skills will be used by your child for the rest of his/her life, in school and out. Watch your child’s papers to see how well he/she is listening and following directions.

Alike/Different
Math-Days of the week, yesterday, today, tomorrow, numbers on a calendar, calendar
