This week our reading story is called ” Meet Rosina.” It is about a girl who is deaf and communicates using American Sign Language. Mrs. Marsh also knows ASL so she came to our room today to teach us a few things. We learned our colors and practiced the alphabet and some other common words. Thank you for coming to our room today, Mrs. Marsh.

After reading “Mr. Putter and Tabby Pour the Tea” we tasted English muffins with cream cheese and jam and had tea like they did in the story. Most students gave our treat a thumbs up.
