This is just a reminder that your child will be taking the IOWA Test Tuesday – Thursday. The test will include the following sections: vocabulary, word analysis, reading, language, listening, math concepts, math problems and math computation. We have worked very hard this year to prepare for the achievement test. Please make sure your child goes to bed early, eats a good breakfast (they can eat at school if they need to), and comes to school with a good attitude each day. Also it is very important that they are on time as we will start the test each day at 8:15. Today I am sending home a few math practice tests. These are just extra things they can do to review for the test. They are not required to return them but will receive a treat if they bring them back answered correctly. Thank you for your help.

On Friday we got to climb the Rock Wall after learning about different character traits we should have.  At first we weren’t sure we would get to climb because the weather was not cooperating.  The Rock Solid Character team took us in the gym to play some character building games while we waited.  Here is a video of Evan winning the International Paper, Rock, Scissors tournament.
